Kara and Nick Lawson lost their son Angus in September 2006. They set up the Angus Lawson Memorial Trust soon after to ensure that other children benefit directly from Angus's life.
The ALMT offer support to families with children who are coping with grief when someone important in their lives has suddenly and unexpectedly died or where a parent is dying.
